Role and Key Contribution to the Project

IDIADA Automotive Technology SA (IDIADA) plays a central role in the SYNERGIES project, serving as the project coordinator and contributing significantly to several work packages. IDIADA is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the project, ensuring smooth communication and risk management. IDIADA also leads the efforts to define stakeholder requirements and develop roadmaps to address future technical and interoperability needs. Furthermore, IDIADA plays a key role in the integration of components and tools into the SYNERGIES Platform, ensuring its operability and robustness. Additionally, IDIADA leads the cooperation with European and international standardization bodies such as ASAM, ISO, and SAE, to ensure compliance with industry standards and facilitate the wide adoption of the SYNERGIES platform​.

Description

IDIADA Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH as part of Applus+ IDIADA is an established partner of the automotive industry with more than 20 years of experience. Together with other business units in more than 20 countries, we are supporting our clients in engineering, testing and homologation activities. The focus in Germany is in the areas of passive safety, simulation, endurance testing, proving ground management, e-powertrain, ADAS validation and homologation.

Role and Key Contribution to the Project

IDIADA Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH will support Applus+ IDIADA during the project as affiliated entity. Our main contributions will be in the field of scenario methodology, identification, extraction and enrichment from CAVRide, and in the field of methods and tools for sustainable governance of the scenario platform. Further support will be provided in the identification of requirements and storyline definition of EuroNCAP, evaluation of the IDIADA data base, cooperation with vehicle safety bodies, and standardization.
