On February 9th, the SYNERGIES Workshop in Brussels (the day before RTR 2026) brought together experts from industry, research and policy to discuss the future of federated data and scenario-based validation for safe and trustworthy CCAM.

Over two engaging hours, participants explored:

  • The SYNERGIES federated Scenario Dataspace and Platform
  • Advances in scenario generation and data quality procedures
  • How interoperable data ecosystems can strengthen safety validation for Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility
  • Opportunities for collaboration across Horizon Europe projects and the wider CCAM community

The interactive discussions clearly showed the strong interest in building a coordinated European ecosystem for data-driven validation and trust.

👏 A big thank you to all speakers, participants and organisers – especially Jordi Pont Rañé and José Rodríguez – for making this workshop such a success.

We look forward to continuing the dialogue and further advancing the SYNERGIES approach in the months ahead.
